
Nancy Stevenson
President
Nancy Stevenson is President of the Adlai Stevenson Center on Democracy. She is Trustee Emerita at the University of Chicago, and the former Chair of the Illinois Humanities Council and Federation of State Humanities Councils. She served as CEO, Voices for Illinois Children and is the wife of Adlai Stevenson III. She holds a BA from Smith College, MA from American University, and MFA from Vermont College (now the Vermont College of Fine Arts).

Warwick Stevenson
Vice President
Warwick Stevenson is a former teacher who specialized in the education of junior and senior high students with disabilities. Stevenson also worked as a school administrator, serving as Dean of Students and Principal at Savanna High School CUSD #300 in Savanna, Illinois. After twelve years in education, Mr. Stevenson undertook an unsuccessful bid for the Illinois House of Representatives. He holds a BA from Macalester College and a MA from Loras College.

Khairy Tourk

Khairy Tourk, Ph.D. is a Professor of Economics (Chair) at Renmin University of China, and Professor of Economics at the Stuart School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is also a consultant to the World Bank, IMF and Bank Negara in Malaysia. Professor Tourk is a member of the Center for East Asian Studies and the Economic Policy and Finance group at the University of Chicago.

James Xue

James Xue is a former professor of Renmin University and a former Lead Consultant & Coordinator for China Projects at International Business Development (IBD) of Northwestern University. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Midwest US-China Association. He is currently engaged in business promotion between the US and China.
