The Way Forward |
| Luncheon, Tuesday, June 25, 2013 - 12 noon - $100 per person |
|
| The Stevenson Center hosts Ambassador Robert Gallucci, President of the MacArthur Foundation and veteran of Korea negotiations, and Professor Bruce Cumings, preeminent authority on North Korea, to discuss the peninsula and the way forward. This discussion is an outgrowth of an on going process started by the Austrian Center on International Studies and the OSCE in Vienna at a conference addressed by Senator Stevenson. Frances Mautner-Markhof, President of ACIS, will make comments on the process. Senator Stevenson, veteran of Korea in many venues from Marine Corps platoon commander in 1953 to member of U.S. Korea Wisemen Council, will preside. |
