Adlai E. Stevenson II’s 112th Birthday Celebration
Sunday, February 5, 2012, 2:00 PM

The Lake County Forest Preserve District and the Adlai Stevenson Center on Democracy will celebrate the 112th birthday of Adlai Stevenson II at his former home near Libertyville, IL. The District will provide tours of the Adlai Stevenson Historic Home at 11:00 AM and 1:00 and 2:30 PM. At 1:30, Adlai Stevenson III will give a talk: "Another Politics, Another Time - Memories of My Father, Adlai II." Adults and families with children 8 and up are welcome. The events are free, but registration is required. Please, call 847-968-3321.
